Always great, and that for decades, Mr. Sauer can be proud of it!

Unfortunately, only cash payment possible, where almost the entire gastro in Bamberg has followed suit due to the corona pandemic. Otherwise, the pelican offers good Asian cuisine and a very cozy inner courtyard in summer. The information on the sharpness is to be understood in German, i.e. Even at the highest level it is still comparatively mild for connoisseurs of Asian cuisine.

Very good Asian cuisine, delicious. Very nice and fast staff, and especially delicious local beers.

The most delicious combination of Asian and Franconian cuisine ever. If you visit Bamberg (world's most beautiful city) so go there!

As always, the food was very good. We only stayed in the restaurant to eat and moved into the courtyard with our drinks. We were then provided with blankets and seat cushions. Super Service. Nice that we could sit together and chat a little longer.

Freshly prepared, attractively presented and very tasty food in a rustic atmosphere. Always my pleasure!

Very friendly service, the food is great, we had Hörnla from the wok once with blood sausage and once with bratwurst. We recommend.

Yet another great Thai place with awesome feel and super friendly staff... loved the “Typical” Thai Green curry with just the right amount of spices and the coziness of the place added to the taste. Great collection of liquor as well be it a good Bamberg local beer or Japanese/ Scottish whiskey ... a great place to spend an evening supper in Bamberg ... and relax in the beautiful atmosphere of the place... marked to visit again next time i am in town 👍

The location is nice and quaint. Service friendly, fast. Food despite almost full restaurant very quickly at the table. Both dishes tasted great. With the next city trip very gladly again. And then we reserve. Since it seems very advisable.

I did not expect to find such an amazing Thai food in a very German style tavern. I had the green curry ,and it was really delicious. And the tap beers are also really good. I highly recommend it!

Good food, a mix of Asian cuisine and home-style components. The food is good in taste, although I think that you can find much better Asian cuisine in Bamberg. Price-performance quite fair. The restaurant itself, I think not so nice, rather dark and less cozy atmosphere. In the garden it sits in the summer more beautiful, where it is very loud for many guests. Service is ok, staff friendly. For me, the pelican is still not one of my top restaurants in Bamberg, which is certainly a matter of taste

Charming little restaurant with Thai cooking. Reservations advised for dinner.

Very trendy restaurant. Without reservation you have to be lucky to get a seat. Alternatively, you can of course also wait until something is free or at the bar. If you get a bar stool you can of course also at the bar food. Mostly younger audience. Conditions all very nice. Everything tasted very delicious Very comfortable and recommended. Gladly again.

Great beer garden in the courtyard, even open in winter with a small fire pit. Always happy to be a guest in this cult pub ... Thank you Heiner!

It was pretty full but staff still made place for a group of 7. Great service and food

Decent Thai style food with some local twists. Good range of drinks. Gets busy.

The food it's just incredible and the Mönchsambacher beer it's just a perfect match.
